Discover Your Potential

If you’re anything like us, you’re always looking for ways to grow and discover your potential. That is why Nosco has numerous tracks and programs to help develop our team of employee owners.

Leadership works with employees to develop a written career development plan highlighting key position goals and compensation targets.

High-Potential Employee Tracks

In place to identify those who have demonstrated “above and beyond” capabilities for coaching and future career growth.

Mentorship Program

Nosco YOUniversity Programs

An in-house training program, using the resources of BizLibrary, to provide an overview of leadership, people, management, and other topics. Best for present and future first-line leaders.

Holden Leadership Academy

Provides high-potential employees an opportunity to develop business, finance and leadership skills – all while interfacing with Holden executives. This is done over a two-year period and incorporates seminars from AMA.

Nosco Management Training

Allows employees with a desire to grow the opportunity to explore a potential career destination through shadowing and training in their desired area of focus.

Lean + Six Sigma Training

A structured approach to the principles of lean/process improvement, including the completion of a lean project.

Succession Planning

Identifies possible candidates for future senior, manager, and senior technical positions.

Continuous Improvement Teams

Teams that focus on process and quality improvements, waste reduction, and other continuous improvement efforts.

Safety Training

Informs employees of our commitment to working safely and how to put it into action.

Ethics Training

Informs employees of the expectations of living out the principles of our robust ethics program, and challenges all of us how to live it out in our employee ownership environment.

Employee Ownership

The Holden Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is shared between Holden Industries and its subsidiaries, which puts both the beneficial ownership and control of the company in the hands of employees. This means that virtually all of our employees own the business, and therefore, have a vested interest in the success of our customers. This is accomplished through the company’s ESOP.
