At Nosco, we understand that enhancing your customer experience is one of the most important things we do. That’s why we put an emphasis on implementing strategic programs and benefits to help make doing business with us easier and more collaborative than ever. Here’s a look at what we have on the books for 2017.
CUSTOMER OUTREACH
A group of customers will receive monthly and/or quarterly outreach pieces via email and direct mail to collect valuable customer feedback, which is crucial to our success:
- Customer Satisfaction: 10-question survey covering products, services and net promoter topics in order to understand how to better our role as a packaging provider
- Customer Matrix: Detailed matrix summarizing on time delivery (OTD) confirmations and quality data to provide customer transparency
CUSTOM CPQ
Prepare for cleaner, more robust proposals with our custom CPQ system build-out. The system will simplify our quoting process and feature:
- DocuSign, an eSignature company that allows customers the ability to electronically sign and accept proposals, which will speed processing times
- Further down the road, functionality to allow customers to collaborate with their Nosco Support Team on project specifications will be implemented
CUSTOMER PORTAL
We’re excited to announce that the development of a new customer portal has begun. 24/7 online access and a user-friendly interface will make doing business with Nosco easier than ever before with:
- Increased service responsiveness through an online community, collaboration tools and messaging functionality
- Custom data dashboards and instant access to content, including tracking information, delivery status, bill of ladings and much, much more
RAPID PROTOTYPING
Rapid-prototyping software and equipment will soon be added to our printing technology portfolio. This addition will enhance our current prototyping capabilities and offer:
- The ability to create fast, in-house prototypes with graphics and structures that reflect the final product, without having to go to press
- More options for proofs and samples (metallic, natural, etc.) with the ability to print six color, plus silver and white for a more accurate proof
