Nosco Names Jim Hillstrom EHS Director; Celebrates Major Environmental Wins

Nosco welcomed Jim Hillstrom as its new Director of Environmental, Health and Safety in February of 2024. Jim has over 25 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) and manufacturing experience, including the last 20 years in flexographic printing and packaging. He joins Nosco to strengthen the company’s safety, regulatory compliance and environmental initiatives.

Craig Curran, Nosco President, expressed enthusiasm for Jim’s addition: “We are eager to enhance our focus on environmental, health and safety with Jim’s extensive experience. His expertise will be instrumental as he implements key programs.”

Jim’s role at Nosco includes managing all aspects of Nosco’s EHS initiatives, as well as:

  • Managing change control events related to chemical and material changes
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations applicable to printed packaging
  • Managing all environmental data and reporting
  • Coordinating responses to customer inquiries related to EHS, regulatory issues, codes of conduct and change control
