We know starting a new job comes with a lot of questions. Hopefully we can help answer some of those here. Feel free to contact People Operations with any questions, comments or concerns you may have.
We employ a business casual dress code for all employee owners – with special considerations for manufacturing employees.
Paychecks for employees who do not sign up for direct deposit will be mailed to the home address on file. Login to ADP to sign up for direct deposit. Please note that It could take up to two pay periods for employees who sign up for direct deposit to receive their paycheck through direct deposit.
You can enroll in benefits as soon as your first day. All you will need to do is register and login to ADP Workforce Now (WFN). You have 30 days from your first day to complete your enrollment.
Nosco observes nine paid holidays each calendar year. Please refer to your orientation packet for the full list.
You can view all via ADP WFN. You can also make any updates via ADP WFN, it is important to always keep your personal information up to date like your phone number and address.
